1. Where are your products shipped from?

We ship from different warehouses in the United States, Europe and China. Once you place your order, we will choose the one closest to you to ensure fastest possible shipping time that we can provide.

 

2. How can I pay for my order?

Babyfaction currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Diners, Discover, JCB, Venmo and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal.

 

3.How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.

 

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. 

 

5. What is the status of my order?

We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.

 

6. What happens with customs fees?

If there are additional customs fees applied on the products, we are not responsible as these may vary from country to country. Before ordering, ensure you will not have any additional customs fees.

 

7. Do you ship your items internationally?

We do ship worldwide. However, because of that fact - shipping times may vary. If shipping to your country will take longer than 20 days - we will notify you before finalizing your order.

 

8. My items came damaged, what can we do about it?

If your items come in the mail with damaged boxing, we will either offer you a complete refund, or send a brand new item your way. These things simply happen, whether it is our fault with packaging or the courier's fault with careless handling but we will make things right for you.
